Beaver Tails are so good! The best way to experience them is in the winter time while skating down the Rideau Canal in Ottawa.

One of the reasons I'm glad I live in Ottawa. I had one this past February. Killaloe Sunrise Yum!

Why would Disney take away something that was obviously selling? By the time I had got the family to agree on this and was ready to try one they were gone. I am sure they would sell again. Please Disney give us some pixie dust and bring them back.

There was a post on this topic a few months ago and I believe that someone posted that there was a supplier problem.

Of course, just because it's posted on the DIS doesn't mean it's true...

The problem Disney had was to be politically correct. There were complaints from PETA about the maltreatment and multilation of beavers.

Also, when they changed LeCellier into a steakhouse they did away with the Chicken and Meatball stew, and so they had nothing to do with the remainder of the beavers once the tails were removed.
