Have 10 posts since yesterday, can't PM

I have required posts. Checked my settings to allow messages from members and still can't start a conversation. What else is there to do or check?

It appears to me that both of you can send and receive conversations. I click on your username and "Start a Conversation" is an option.

Beneath your username it shows you now have 4 Messages. You will need to get that to 10 and be registered for at least one day before you will be able to use the 'Conversation' system (PM).

For some reason when I try to start a conversation with a user named Mrs. McAtee, I’m getting a message that I can’t start a conversation with this user. I have the required number of posts, so I don’t understand why. She has asked that I PM her about points that I want to rent. Please help.
