Haunted Mansion Hidden Mickey

Everyone knows about the Hidden Mickey in the dining area of theHaunted Mansion right? The table that you see while on the doombuggy allthe way on the left table of the last seat the plate setting makes a Mickey. I was there from Sept22-29. The 22nd the Mickey was there, and the next day i rode it (23rd) it was taken apart. Anyone know ifthe CMs fixed it?

It comes and goes a lot; I can't say for certain if it is the CMs or the inhabitants of the Mansion changing it though...

Imagineers separate the plates upon routine inspection. Cast members put them back together. There is no official hidden Mickey outside of the graveyard.

What I heard was that years ago, a cast member died in the Haunted Mansion and to this day still roams the mansion. He is the one that puts the hidden mickey back after the workers put the plates back in their original positions. This has been going on for a number of years...

It took me and my mom awhile to find it but of last night the dining room hidden mickey was there!

Two official hidden mickeys in the Haunted mansion according to the keys to the kingdom tour. The one in the attic is to the left of ride when you see the bride on the right- very difficult to see and is hanging on the wall. The other is in the graveyard as mentioned before with the grim reaper- a lot easier to spot that one.

The plates are unoffical and created by cm's- it goes away when the imagineers go through to inspect and put everything back like it should be- but a bit later it gets moved back again when the cast members feel like creating a little of their own magic.

The donald chair was missing on all my previous trips but was present 9/29-10/3- I like that chair...

there is actualy two now. one in the library. and one at the endless hallway.

Oh, good! The last time I rode it, it was missing, and I was so upset! I kept telling dh "I can't believe they took out the Donald chair! How could they do that? That is just WRONG!" (BTW, HM is my favorite, so I get very upset when they tamper with it. ). I'm very glad to hear it was just broken and is now back.

I had also heard that the Dinner Plates are not "official," but that "ghost" sure keeps them there most of the time!
