Can 3 people sit in the same car at the Haunted Mansion and a baby on my lap? My husband, my nephew (7 yrs old) and me, and our daughter on my lap or my husband's lap? I don't want to ride alone with the baby.

I know you are allowed to ride with three people in a doom buggy. I'm going to guess they would let the baby sit on your lap.

They would NoT let my husband and I go on with a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old. And the next year they wouldn't let us on with. 1.5 year old and a 3.5 year old. Told us absolutely not more than three to a car both times. So just a heads up, you may get up there and have to go with just the baby (I'm a chicken, I admit that I'm afraid to ride alone so this sucked for scaredy cat me).

I know you can do 3 adults in one doombuggy as long as you fit. No clue about babies on laps

Thanks everybody for taking the time to reply. I am a chicken too @Sleepy425 hahaha! But, I have read that the haunted mansion is not that scary, is more like a comical ride. What I can do is, my husband rides with our daughter and I ride with my nephew hahaha. Our daughter is 7 and a half months, will she panic and start crying while riding this?

@DisneyLover2122 - It is slightly dark, but what i have seen recomended is to take your own glow in the dark items, break and activate it and let her hold it (along with dad or you holding it so she doesn't throw it) so that she has her own little light

It's not scary. My kids have been riding since they were toddlers. It's mainly just dark and comical scares - no real people and nothing jumps out at you. In the graveyard scene there's one pop-up figure, but that's it. Go with the 7 year old and let your hubby take the baby. She won't know to be scared!

It's dark, but not pitch black. You will not be scared. It's fun and amazing. It's also a nice break from the heat. Yes, ride with your nephew and let your husband take the baby. Have fun!!!

I think the scariest part for a child is " the stretching room" before you go to the Doom Buggys. :rainbow:

my wife and I tried with our 4 and 2 year old last summer and they split us, even though the two year old is a itty bitty little girl and can easily be a lap rider. It depends some on the CM I think.
