Has this worked for anyone - PIN?

Ok. So I keep getting emails with PINs, but they're addressed to my mother, who has my maiden name and is not coming on this trip.

I finally called tonight after getting a room only PIN today and was told no, I couldnt use it - as expected.

So I had him change the name to mine.

Anyone have anything similar happen and then get a PIN??

I had a pin sent to my sister at my address and they let me use it because of that. I think it depends on the CM!

I keep getting pins for my aunt and they come to my email. She came with us on the last trip. I booked both rooms but I booked on in my name, one in hers. I gave them her email address, too. But for some reason I get pins in HER name to MY email. And I'm not sure if she is coming on our next trip so this could get frustrating!!!

I've checked all my account settings and her name is not listed ANYWHERE. Not sure why this happens.
