Has FP for Split Stay Changed for the Better?

We have done split stays "by design" the last couple of trips. I was prepared as we have done in the past to be able to book FP at 7am 60 days before trip for the first stay, then wait 2 hours later till 9am to call MS so they could make the remainder for the second part of the split stay because of the "glitch" in split stay FP planning. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED on MDE on my Android was able to make ALL FP at 7am without having to wait till 9AM for the second split stay! Wow, has the "glitch" been fixed for split stays with DVC? Thanks for any info!

Actually, the FP has always worked. It's the dining reservations that don't recognize continuous stays, and that is still the case.
