We will be using that club for our 4yr. old dd while we eat in the world showcase. She's pretty outgoing and doesn't have a hard time separating from me but I'm still a little nervous leaving her. I'd love to hear some reviews from other parents who have used this facility, any details would be helpful. Thanks for any help!

Sandcastle Club gets huge thumbs-up from my daughter (age 8). She stayed there one evening during our trip last August and liked it so well she wanted to go back the next night.

There are plenty of activities (age-appropriate) for the children, and there were two staff members on duty the nights my daughter was there, and they had a really good rapport with the children. The room is large, clean, and bright, and of the WDW kids clubs we've use thus far (Harbor Club (BWV), Mouseketeer (GF), Sandcastle [GF]), the Sandcastle Club was the best. You have the option of ordering dinner for your childWe will be going back this summer, and will also trying the Neverland Club.

When we told him we were going back to WDW, one of the first questions he asked was, "Can I go to the kids' club again?"

They are set up rather in the style of a large commercial daycare center, w/ rows of cubbies on the wall full of different types of toys. There are also tables and supplies for drawing and coloring, cartoons on TV, and Nintendo setups. There is also a "quiet room" where the kids can go and read (or be read to) quietly.

The atmosphere was very serene when DS was there. The CM's on duty are very professional and kept the children engaged. They will give you a pager to carry while your child is there, so that they can call you quickly if need be. There is a kitchen that will supply drinks, and the hotel caters a meal for the kids during the dinner hour, if you want to sign up for that, too. I think it is a wonderful bargain, and DS preferred it to yet another dull dinner w/ Mom & Dad.

Thanks so much, it really helps to hear from other moms who have used the club~Thanks!

We used the Sandcastle CLub last month for our kids 6 and 9. DS spent most of his time on the computers and playing with legos. DD loved the free arcade games and did tons of art projects. They were there about 2 hours while we ate in Morocco and strolled WS. They had dinner (grilled cheese and chicken tenders, fries, fresh fruit and drink) included in fee. It was very clean and the two women were very nice. I would do again and so would my kids.
