I have used Payless in Orlando on several occasions with no problems. They have an airport shuttle van. Like for all rental cars you should check for damage before driving off, windshield chips, bumper scuffs, cigarette burns inside, too.
If you use them and choose to use the Bee Line (Rte 528) and I-4 to get to Disney, turn right out of their lot instead of left as their own Disney directions say. Then two quick lefts at two closely spaced lights to get onto the Bee Line. Using 417 instead of the Bee Line, take a left out of their lot, right onto Semoran, and all the way through the airport.
Returning from Disney to Payless via I-4 and Bee Line, get off Bee Line at its exit 9 Tradeport, left at bottom of ramp, get into middle lane, then required right onto McCoy and Payless is less than a mile down the road. Returning from Cape Canaveral to Payless, follow their directions.
