Has anyone used amazon prime pantry to send snacks and drinks to a Disney resort?

All Disney properties are supposed to be able to accept the delivery of it, I would believe the same is true for Shades of Green. To be safe just call and ask if they can accept a package delivery for you. I have done this at Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs for no charge. I have also done it at Beach Club and Boardwalk - both had a service charge per box delivered ranging from $6 - $18 each depending on size (not weight). I believe if you note in the delivery address you check in date it allows for easier delivery to you. Also when I was at a resort that didn't charge to accept the package it was brought directly to my room. The resorts that charge require you to go to their convention center (that's where the delivery is accepted , and I was told because there is a convention center they are setup to accept & charge the guest for delivery)to pay for and accept your package.

Yup, this is true ^^. Those with convention centers are the ones that charge delivery fees because that's where all packages are delivered.

Has anyone tried this for Shades of Green?
Not recently, but I was able to have Amazon send a stroller cover there when we visited a few years ago. I called ahead to see how they wanted everything marked. I also recommend bringing the delivery confirmation, as they couldn't immediately find it.

If you pick it up do they still charge a fee instead of having it delivered to your room? We are staying at BCV this year and would love to try this but don't want to pay the fees.

The fee they charge is to accept the delivery from UPS. That being said, if they help deliver to your room (such as having bell service bring a box filled with heavy items like bottled water) you will have the delivery fee the convention/conference center charges to accept the package, plus any gratuity to bell person for the assistance. Depending on what you are having delivered it can be a cost saver over buying there or packing more/heavy items, or it can become more expensive when you also calculate the 5.99 Amazon prime pantry shipping fee. If you are a DVC member and staying at a resort that has a conference center the garden grocer might be a cheaper option.
