Checking in for the weekend...down 15.5 lbs...many, many more to go, but hey, you gotta start somewhere! Hope everyone else is doing well!!

Alas, (who says alas?), I have gained a few pounds back. I am back on track now

I mistakenly thought that eating those little mints didn't add up in calories. BIG mistake
I ate so many that I gained weight, and that takes a lot! Oh Boy, I guess it's fun to live in obliviousville

I think doing exercise builds muscle, which weighs more. So if we exercise we are getting smaller and firmer. I will try the new thread. see ya there
