Has anyone submitted a video tape to AFV?

We have, and just received some release forms to sign and return. They certainly cover everything in these release forms to cover their you know what. They even want my SS#. Has anyone had their's played? If so, do they notify you when it will air?

I haven't but will be soon...I have some really funny ones from when my kids were little. My sister keeps bugging me to send them in.
