Like most... Last year we recieved an upgrade from a 2BR Standard to a 2BR Preferred (with a view overlooking Leaping Libations) ..

It was a nice suprise since it was my parents' first DVC trip with us, and their first trip to WDW since 1978...

We were upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom at HH last Oct. That has been the only time so far.
