Has anyone moved a placeholder cruise to a real one online?

I logged into my Castaway Club site this morning to grab my reservation number from my placeholder cruise to book an actual cruise, and it keeps giving me an error. My other reservation number, for an actual cruise, works fine. So I can't retrieve the placeholder reservation at all - either through Castaway Club or through the Retrieve Your Reservation process.

I'm guessing that means I have to call to actually book my cruise.

Has anyone found a way to transfer it online? Thanks.
