Has anyone gotten the 1500 pts from Columbia House? UPDATE! Got 'Em!

I joined on 2/25 and the points were supposed to be credited in 20 business days. That was a week ago, and no points yet. I want to cancel before they send me another video, but I'm reluctant to do so until I get my points. What are others' experiences? Thanks:(
Update (4/7) I emailed MYPoints about the problem a week ago, and did get a reply today. They said they needed a copy of my invoice emailed to them. Of course, I printed my invoice and then deleted it from my computer. From now on, I know better. Anyway, I emailed Columbia House asking them to email me a copy, hopefully they will! I really need those 1500 pts!
Update (4/10) Recieved copy of invoice from Columbia House, after second request. Emailed it to MyPoints.
Update (4/11) Wow! Got an email from MyPoints stating that they were cediting my account for the 1500 pts., and it would be available in 5 days. Also coincidentally I received my 2 GCs from Mypoints in the mail today, so I am very happy with them right now!:)
Update (4/16) Got 'Em!:teeth:
 
I did this back in Jan. and ended up having to email and fax proof. I think it took a total of 45 days.:o

The same thing happened to me with Columbia House in Feb. but it was 2000 points. I have emailed both mypoints and Columbia House and so far I've not gotten a response from CH, I guess I need to contact them again!! I had the same thing happen with Netmarket (600) points and mypoints told me to email my confirmation and I did and they keep telling me to send it (I already did) I don't know what to do!! If anybody gets their points please let us all know!!

Does anyone remember how many points were promised by my point for signing up with columbia DVD on first week of Feburary. I have finally got an email from my point Asking the number of Points I was offered for signing up with Columbia House. I am not sure if it was 1500 or 2000 point. Anyone?
 
If yours is the same as mine was it was 2000. I saved the email if you need it. I hope this means that maybe people will start getting their points, I haven't gotten mine yet. Keep us posted!!
 
I got the original columbia house e-mail on FEB 6. Is this the same date you got yours?

I got them! They were deposited to my account, either this morning or possibly yesterday. Woopee! Off to buy my next GC!

Has anyone been able to contact Columbia House? I deleted my confirmation email from them and mypoints will not give me my points without it. I have emailed CH twice with my request and have not gotten a reply. What should I do? I never thought it was this hard to obtain the points that I have coming to me and I never would've joined CH without there being 2000 points involved. I'm very frustrated :( !

I don't know what to tell you but to keep trying. I sent CH an email and then just kept resending it the next day. I only resent it twice before they replied. Oh, and I also added in the subject line "second request", etc. I'm sure you will get a reply eventually. BTW, when they did send me a record of the transaction, it didn't LOOK like the invoice and I was worried that MyPoints wouldn't accept it, but I forwarded it to MyPoints immediately and they responded the next day that my account would be credited in 5 days (which it was).

MrsMud - Thanks for the words of encouragement! I've emailed them twice and even complained about the quality of their customer service and still no response. I guess I'll just have to be persistent!
