Has anyone ever used TigerDirect.com?

Looking to order a Toshiba TV from TigerDirect.com - has anyone ever ordered from this website and if so, what was your experience.

Only ever good experiences. Both Tiger Direct and their other 'half' (which I think is global?) we have purchased for both personally and for work. I think the TD half is more 'public' while the other half is geared more towards businesses. The laptop I am typing on right now is one I purchased from TD as a refurb Toshiba Satellite about 3 years ago - awesome piece of equipment. Good shipping time, etc.

Hopefully your experiences will be the same!

My mother bought her TV from there in April. It was recommended by my uncle. Neither of them have had any problems.

I've only done computer gear from Tiger Direct but have been VERY happy with the experience.

We've bought a lap top, 4 weeks ago, and a monitor from them. I learned about them b/c our company orders a lot of merchandise through tigerdirect. Our experience has been really good.

We've bought from them many times for ourselves & for DH's computer "customers". Never a problem.

Some items are refurbished. Read the ad carefully if that is not ok with you so you aren't surprised that you bought a refurbished item.
