Has anyone ever "Timed" the TARGET 90% OFF Halloween Sale?

I went to 4 targets toady. I went mostly for Carters Clothes that were halloween. I hot the mother load and got pj sets for $1.70. Fleece one piece outfits for .99 and some onsies for .49. I also got some tee shirts for .89. A sing-a-a-jig for $1.49 and of course the legos! Oh yea...Mac and cheese .19!!!

raven- were all of these good deals in the halloween isle or were they in their "regular" departments?

it depended on the store some of them had them in with the halloween but most it was in the regular clothing section. They do not ring up on clearance but they will give it to you if you say...ummm hello its clearly halloween!

Carters boys 2pj set....Black and orange cotton two shirts 2 pants. Mixed in with Christmas sets

Carters Girls 2 pj set.... pink and black cotton 2 shirts 2 pants.. mixed in with christmas pj sets.

Also they had fleecey one piece outfits for boys gray and orange mixed in and girls gray and black cat print.

Then there was boys shirt/pant set orange shirt black fleece pants and a girls set cat print pants and a black shirt.

If you know what your looking for it helps!!

I was at a store on the westside of Cleveland (North Olmsted) today and they had already packed up the halloween. They were in full Christmas mode.

Went to the DC Target today in Colombia Heights and got some good stuff. Halloween merchandise was 90% off and candy was 70% off. I got two Cars Pez dispensers for .19 each, craft vine pumpkin for .25, creepy ice cube tray for .49, monster cupcake kit for .69, Halloween cookie baking tray with molds for .89, set of four metal spider cupcake stands for .49, set of "Happy Harvest" decorative blocks for 1.20, and some gift bags for .19 each.

I think I spent under five dollars for everything, and I got some great stuff! So don't lose hope, there's still stuff on the shelves!

I ended up there last night and they had nothing left except a couple of cupcake kits that I picked up for $.69 a piece.

The one in Fairview Park (westgate) had a bunch more items left.

I bought a Hello Kitty shirt, $.89. They also had a girls Little Miss Sunshine shirt, but not in the size I need. :( The Christmas merchandise is closing in on the Halloween candy.

My Strongsville store has some left, but not much. I stopped in when I was done voting to check it out. They still have some costumes, very little candy, and a few decorating/baking items.

The rumor is that Target is salvaging the Halloween tonight, so there might not be much left by tomorrow. Not sure if it's true, but I read it over on another Perimeter Perusing board.

DH is going in 2 hours early at 4 AM for this exact reason. He said his store had quite a bit of candy left and it won't be 90% off at all, but 70% until it's gone (which makes sense since that PP said perishables don't go to salvage).

I was able to get a Scooby Doo costume, a Cars Mater costume, and a black plastic bucket to store the rest of our Halloween candy.

When I got to my Target yesterday morning, the signs said 70% off, but everything other than candy was ringing up at 90% off. I got a Halloween shirt for myself at 80 cents, rocket ship kid costume for $3, and candy bucket for 40 cents.
The rocket ship has already given me my money's worth. DD was so excited when she saw it after school. She put it right on and started running around the house saying, "Zoom, zoom, zoom!" She put it back on this morning and wanted to wear it to eat breakfast. She has declared she will be Rocket Girl next Halloween. :lovestruc I'm sure the costume choice will change by then, but nice to add something else to the dress up box.

I forgot to mention in my PP, no signage up for 90% off. Just signs around the candy at 70% off. I always scan the merchandise. I've learned from past experience, things are not as they seem.

I picked up 10 cans of planters honey roasted almonds and snack mix for .59 cents. Originally was $5.99. I was thrilled! :goodvibes

I got some costumes for 90% as well, and the rocketship has been the biggest hit at our house as well! I don't know how old your daughter is, but I had to cut the straps out because my 2 year old almost wrapped them around her neck and I worried about strangulation.
