They aren't referring to the bear, either.

I haven't met Pete in person, but I talked to him once on the phone for quite a while. I had booked a Disney vacation through DU, and had to make a change to my dates. I didn't get a confirmation e-mail back and it turned out to be a problem with my home computer. However, Pete talked with me about it and made sure I knew that everything was okay on their end. We talked about the best time of the year to visit Disney and our personal Disney experiences. I enjoyed the conversation very much.
