Has anyone else gotten $100 back from DCL today??

I was online my bank's web site and I noticed that DCL Reservations deposited $100 into the account (debit Visa card) that I used to pay off my October 2016 cruise.

Anyone else??

Probably a change in port fees. It happens.

No but I have been refunded amounts in the $30-$50 range before two other cruises with dcl without explanation.

A few weeks sho I got over $100 for my cruise in July.

I usually get an e-mail from them if it's a port fee change.

I wonder what happens if you no longer have that card. My credit card number was stolen so I was issued a new number. My deposits and final payment would have all been on the old number.

Or if you used multiple forms of payment like a disney rewards card plus a credit card?

Typically, if there are refunds, the refund goes back to the most recent payment type. Say, if you pay part of the cruise via credit card, then applied your rewards card for one of the payments, then used the credit card again for the remainder of the payment, the credit card would be refunded first (up to the limit of that payment), then the rewards card, then the credit card again.

Typically, refunds can still be processed using the old account number and they would be reflected correctly on your account. If they were unable to process the refund back to the old card number, they would probably send a check or add an OBC to your cruise (I would think they would contact you first in this case).

I just heard back from TA (Beth Czada at Dreams Unlimited) and she said that our ground transfers have gone down, hence the refund.

These ground transfers are for the NYC cruise: hotel to port, then port to hotel.
