lightning lane resources

We booked a last minute trip and have hoppers for Tuesday, 6/24 only. We’ve done Disneyland/world a handful of times, but usually I have months to plan and learn whatever system has come into place since the last time I was there.

We have already purchased LL multipass and will buy the individual LL. I know I will need to modify and refresh for best availability. But is there a resource somewhere that gives me hints on how to choose them so I don’t get to the end of my day only to find I missed some of the rides I wanted?

Just two of us if it matters- mom and teen girl.

Do you know what park you are visiting first? If you are going to Disneyland first most people will suggest booking Indy ASAP as that one breaks down frequently and if goes down during your time they will replace it with a multiple experience pass (MEP). You can then use the MEP anywhere that lightning lanes are available to use but not the individual lightning lanes.

The same rule supply where you can’t ride the same ride you’ve already used a lightning lane for i.e. you can’t ride pirates with a lightning Lane you’ve booked and then go back with the multi experience. It won’t work at least not our experience.
