Has anyone decorated their Magic Bands? Please show us the pictures!

I couldn't really see the outline that you used...so..I used old fashioned tracing paper/pencil to get the Jimminy figure. I probably should have done 2 coats of paint...but..was stressed out by then with the detail.

I love your Jiminy! It came out great!

Finally finished our bands, with a little over a week to spare!

And some close-ups of the details:

Hopefully someone else gets this one

I finally have all the magic bands in the house decorated!!
I will be in WDW for one day next week pre cruise and have to choose which one to wear :) I have previously posted a few of them but Here they are all together:

I finished our first set for our upcoming trip tonight! I used enamel model paint and jewelry adhesive for the bling. I plan to seal them later this week with a spray sealer. Hope these show up since I have not used photobucket yet!

Your bands look great! I'd love to hear feedback of how your bands hold up in the parks and what kind of sealer you use.

I was going to go with stickers because I didn't think I could paint well with nail polish, and I've never used acrylic. But when I saw your post about using model paint, I went and dug some out of the garage and practiced a bit and figured I could do that well enough. TIA!

Just saw on the tracking that our Magic Bands were delivered this morning. 5:30 can't come quick enough today! Can't wait to get home and plan out our decorations. Thinking we will use acrylics and spray sealer, but not sure on designs yet. So much inspiration on this thread!

I have not used a sharpie on the whole band only for small things like Mickey's head or just for outline.

I am thinking of maybe coloring with sharpie, letting it sit for a day or two and spraying with sealer so it doesn't smear. It seems those that used sharpie had problems with it smearing when they used nail polish. Do you think that using a spray acrylic sealer might be better? I am better with pens then paints and do not want to invest in paint pens I will likely never use again.

Has anyone tried painting over a tattoo?

There is such amazing works of art here. My art skills peaked I think in first grade and I've plateaued since lol

I would love to decorate my MB but I need some help. If someone could send me a link for tattoos to use, good nail polish with glow in the dark, and even stickers would be greatly appreciated. :tigger::sulley::stitch::mickeyjum
