Has anyone called special diets lately?

We called them today and we were pleasantly surprised with their response. They got back to us today with an email and links to three different pdf files. One for each of our allergies: gluten free, dairy free and egg free items at all the restaurants in WDW.

We were not expecting this, since the last time we contacted them was about six months ago and the response from them was anything but helpful.

It looks like that they finally have their act together.

Anyone else have the same experience?
 
Usually they won't really do much until you are 30 days away from your trip because products can change. I'm not sure when your trip was/is, but that might help explain their lack of a response six months ago.
 
I agree with the PP- we were told to call back at the 30-day mark so we would have an accurate list as to what allergen free options will be available. I'm looking forward to my call!! ..... 2+ months and counting.
