Has anyone bought a small RESALE at BCV

I'm wondering if you have bought a small resale at BCV around 50 -100 points. I was told that they never make it through ROFR because DVC "ALWAYS" buys them back "unless you want to pay a ridiculously high price" and then sells them directly to people on their own waiting list. Does this sound like a true statement or a "sales tactic" on the part of a DVC rep to get you to buy directly from them?

I bought 100 points last year, resale BCV, for 95$ a point which still had the full years points available. Passed ROFL in no time.

DN bought a 100 point BCV resale last year for $95 per point with a December use year so it is possible.

Thanks!! I was thinking about doing this, but was told "all the small BCV contracts don't pass ROFR because DVC buys them". I will look into it further!!

I've sold a 100 point contract, a 75 point contract and a 50 point contract recently and all passed ROFR. The 100 point contract was BCV. The other two OKW.
