I'm not sure if it's changed but we went to WWOHP just after it opened and I bought the tickets through the Virgin Concierge service about 3 weeks before we left. I had no problems getting hold of the tickets as the concierge just left them at the Virgin desk at MCO, as we also pre-arranged our transport to UIA (again with the concierge due to the very early start) it totally cut out the 'welcome party' type meet. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but I assumed it was because I had had the 'hard sell' from the concierge service before I left (although there was no hard sell, the concierge agents are fab).

I'm on a bit of a downer with Virgin at the moment but I can't praise the concierge service highly enough
