Good morning all!
I booked a room at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel on July 23rd. I booked directly with Universal but unfortunately I haven't received my confirmation email yet. I did print the initial confirmation (the "thanks for booking, here's your booking number" bit), plus DBF's account has been debited so, while everything looks fine, I'd just like to have the official copy! Annoyingly, the bit where you retrieve your reservation on the website appears to be down, so I can't check it on there. Before I call them, I'd just like to know if anyone else has had the same difficulty as me? I remember waiting for a while when I booked RPR last year but I don't think it was this long.
