Hard Rock Club Level Questions

We've just booked the Hard Rock Club Level and I have a few questions

What view do you recommend? What views are available?

Is there a special check-in or do I use the normal check-in desk?

Is there a refrigerator in the room?

Do they leave out bottled water and soda during the day?

What food offerings are available during the day?

Do I need to know anything else?

There is NO special check in desk for Club Level Guests.

Yes there is a mini bar refridgerator in the room.

In the Club Lounge there is bottled water, soda, lemonade and some other like a fruit punch (these items may vary), coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available all day.

Breakfast was coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereal, doughnuts, toast or bagels, & fruit salad.

Cocktail Hour (was actually 2 hours) was a different theme each night of the week (Mexican, Italian, etc.) and consisted of 1 hot dish, some cold snacks (raw veg & dip, chips & salsa), bread, coffee, tea, soda, water, wine, & beer.

Sometime after that there was a milk & cookie hour. Chocolate chip, Oreos, White chocolate macadamia, oatmeal raisin, & peanut butter chip. I think there may have also been fig newtons. I am not sure if the selection changes, but that what what was there when we were there.

The people in the Club Lounge are very helpful & extremely friendly. I hope I was of some help. You should have a wonderful time.

We had a view of the lagoon where the boats pick up. It was nice and quiet. No sounds were heard from the outside. Club Level is on the 7th Floor, so I don't know how much noise you could hear from the pool area. It is pretty high up.

Let me know if you have any other questions. The Hard Rock is one of my favorite hotels and I love to talk about my experience there. I don't know everything there is to know about the Hard Rock, but I'll answer what I can.

This is for the anything else I need to know. If you're planning on doing laundry, do it early in the day or late in the day. I posted about our experience in the laundry room. With 4 machines that I know of, it is very difficult to get one. You may want to have your change ready when you walk in the door because it could be just that 15 seconds that someone grabs a machine while you are getting change. Good luck!

We're thinking of going staying at HRH 3/11-14 and was wondering if Club Room is similar to WDW's concierge level? Do you get to pick your view or is it assigned to you like at WDW? We stayed at WL over Thanksgiving and were upset that we didn't take the $35 upgrade/night to concierge. Is the Club Level worth the extra money?

I can only answer two of your questions. We were assigned a deluxe club level room at the HRH. I'm told they don't have very many deluxe rooms on club level so I guess I'm happy we got one. There were five of us in our party, 2 adults and three children. The continental breakfast, drinks throughout the day, cocktail hour (5-7), and cookies at night made club level the only way to go for us. Great hotel!
