I was curious - Are any of the Deluxe Queen rooms at Hard Rock located on Club Level or is it one or the other?

There are 4 deluxe queen rooms on club level. However, you can not pre-book them, you can only request them. They are the same price as a standard room on club level.

Thank you!

Can anyone that has stayed CL at Hard Rock tell me if you thought it was worth an extra $100 per night? We've done CL at Royal Pacific and we weren't overly impressed.

i have stayed club level at both hrh and rph.

if you are paying $100 extra per night for either hotel, not worth it.

if you were not impressed with the club at rph, you won't be wowed at hrh club.

club lounge is twice the size at rph than at hrh.

If you are a big drinker then the extra $100 may be worth it.

If you hit up the club and you and your companion down a few glasses of wine and a handfull of beers from 5-7pm then it may be worth it. Figure $8 a drink - if you can drink more than 5 drinks and have some snacks in that period it is a good deal. If you are able to eat breakfast there, grab some sodas, snacks and deserts - you may be able to save $ on a meal or two.

We like it - grab some drinks go back to the room, eat a bit, (rinse-wash-repeat) :thumbsup2

if you aren't a beer/wine drinker, the mixed drinks are $5 in the club lounge.

but, if you are at RPH, the Bula Bar mixed drinks are that same club lounge price from 5:00 to later that evening.

when it comes to drinking Jack, i find the deals..........:rolleyes1

I have seen several posts saying club level lounge at RPR is way bigger than HRH, but on the website it says RPR is 2000 sq. ft and HRH is 3500 sq. ft:confused3 do you think it is just something about the layout that makes it appear bigger or is it a mistake on the website.

i don't remember which year the rph club lounge was rehabbed.
they took out some rooms to enlarge the club lounge.

sometimes i read posts that give information that was correct at one point but later changed.

i haven't read anywhere if the club lounge at hrh has been rehabbed or expanded.

the club lounge at hrh does have the second room with a tv and couch.
it does add footage to the club but not many can be in that end room at the same time.
it is small.

kmc, in other words, i don't have an answer for you.

Can anyone compare the CL at Universal to CL at WDW?

I thought CL at Wilderness Lodge was kind of lousy. Then we stayed at Royal Pacific CL. That really stunk. Food offerings were pretty much the same, but the atmosphere at WL was nicer. Also, the CL at RPR is on the 7th floor, and they had us on the 6th floor. So we had to walk upstairs to get to CL. We also had no bathrobes or turndown service, though we paid to be on CL. We complained a couple of times but never got turndown. I think we got robes eventually.

this is when you punch the Star Service button on your in room telephone.

have a request for robes, call Star Service.
they will deliver what ever you need.

no charge.

turn down service, make the call from your room.

perk of the hotels.

you could have used the elevator instead of the stairs for 7th floor.
that is what i do when on 6th floor (at my request) and going to the club lounge.

.

ha ha - one of the bellmen gave me a hard time because I was going down the hall to get ice. he said "why don't you have star service get it for you? When I stay at this hotel, I just lay in bed and have them bring me everything."

I found his comment interesting. I never had a problem walking down the hall to find a maid to get more shampoo, or filling up my own ice, or going to the club to get glasses etc.

But the service is there... I guess I'm impatient and want to get it right away.

the star service is fast.

when i need to use them, i usually have the item within 5 minutes.

never did call them up for ice though.

last year i had a nonfunctioning Keurig.
it was replaced immediately.

star service does work with the front desk.
so if you use SS, the front desk is aware you did have a need.

We have stayed CL at WDW and DH who hung out at hotel asked for beer and they gave it to him starting at 1:00pm.:tilt: Is HRH CL or others very strict with their beers? What food is served at night? After a day at MK DH tricked me into eating duck and the rest of the trip I was the mom who ate Donald:rolleyes: I just cannot make up my mind to CL or not:(
