happy limo question

I booked a limo with happy limo and the price round trip was supposed to be 158 dollars round trip. that is with a 12 dollar discount I found online. When I got the confirmation email it was 194 dollars RT. They did deduct the discount but added on the gratuity. Will they charge the gratuity to the credit card? Because if they do I will not tip the driver personally.

If they are adding the gratuity, there is no need to tip the driver any additional amount (although we sometimes do so if the service is exceptional).
