Happy limo or Super Shuttle

We have a rental house in Kissimmee and a friend is staying with us but flying out of MCO at the
end of her stay with us.
So since her flight is early she suggested using a limo transport to airport.

Can you tell me your personal experience with both this companies?

I've used FL Tours a few times, and have had good service. Not a limo, but the towncars are clean and well kept.

I suggest calling uber. Much cheaper. I've used happy limo many times but stopped when I realized there are always cabs ready to go outside the airport and hotels. One time our airline let us know the flight was delayed but since happy limo was already at the resort to pick us up, we still had to pay them. To go later to the airport, we could have payed them to come back and take us or just take a cab. That's when we realized how easy, reliable and inexpensive cabs are. Now there's uber but we still take cabs since they're sitting right there and ready to go!

I will never ever use Uber. This year we had an Uber driver go on a killing spree not far from where I live. He killed 6 and was picking up fares between shootings. Just last week a local woman was assaulted by her driver. Instead of taking her home he assaulted her. Sorry the small savings is not worth my safety.

We use happy limo a lot and have been very pleased. It really not that much more expensive than a taxi (at least between MCO and WDW). I tried Super Shuttle once and hated it. It makes a ton of stops so you're constantly waiting. It's a long trip and I would rather pay the extra for a direct ride.

Uber.....

We call Happy Limo, "Unhappy Limo" Long story, but the worst car service driver EVER !!! (And I have a lot of experience LOL!) Trust me you were in much more danger of being killed by the reckless cursing driver than anyone I have ever met while taking lots of Uber rides! (And when we called to complain "he's one of our best drivers" LOL!)

I hate to tell you this, but.....

It's the exact same drivers. Orlando has VERY weak regulations of car services. There's no assurance your driver isn't a crazy person. Taxis would depend a lot on the company.... At least one of my Orlando Uber drivers drove for a Limo company also.

Sorry, but have yet to hear of a taxi driver going crazy near me. Cant say the same for Uber. I will stick with taxis.
