Well, I contracted Happy Limo 2 months ago to pick us up at the WL the day of our 7day cruise. Okay, they did pick us up at the time I requested and got us to the Port. We were also upgraded to a Navigator Limo. Nice. The driver was not very friendly. Our return trip from the port went like this: Our pick up time was supposed to be 8:00 a.m. We were there waiting at 7:30 a,m, thinking Happy Limo may come early. No way, they were a half hour late. And guess what, Happy Limo subcontracted out our ride to a 3rd party called Bates Limo. The woman that picked us up was about 75 years old, and could not and did not try to lift our luggage. My husband had to load it all. And for the money we paid, that was not right. Next, we were supposed to have a Cady Stretch with a tv and air. We had neither. The air was broke, no tv for the kids and the limo wrecked of stale beer. Needless to say, I called Happy Limo from the airport with my complaints. They did take off 50% of the ride from the port to the airport, but that still was not enough for the crappy service we received. If they could not handle the amount of cars booked, they should have said that. Next time, I will be using FL tours like our friends did. Happy Limo---don't do it!!!

Ouch! I wish I had known I would've told you to RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I had booked their "new" stretch hummer and it was in the same sad shape. I didn't get the Stretch Navigator because it was broke. Hmmm, 2005 vehicle is broke already? They gave me some back on my ride, too, but they should've paid me to even rent the thing. Never again!

By the way, I saw another agency with a nice stretch white hummer while on this same trip. I was tempted to talk to them about booking my return trip to MCO so I could cancel the return trip. I just didn't get a chance to talk to the driver. I have to agree that Happy is sickening though. I think Mousesavers has moved away from them and is recommending another company. That speaks volumes to me.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I've used Happy Limo (town cars) more than once and have always had a great experience. I agree that they should only take on as much business as they can handle, but it sounds like the quality of the company they subcontracted with was the issue. I'd certainly (as you did) let them know - perhaps they won't use that service again. I'd even contact Bates Limo and let them know why I was unhappy.

Mousesavers is still listing Happy Limo as the best local company on the webpage, though I have no way of knowing how many good vs. bad reviews they've gotten. I also don't know how you 'prove' you qualify fo rthe full refund they mention......

Golad you posted your experience...I have used them before and they were fine...but maybe things are slipping. :confused3

Honestly i think a LOT of limo companies are having a hard time making ends meet with DME. Therefore $$ is tight and they dont put as much into the fleet as they should. That being said, i still will use a limo service when i go.IVe never been a Happy limo fan tho.
