Happy Harbor Questions

I looked at SeaWorld site for the Happy Harbor rides - -most have 42" height restriction -- does that mean your child must br 42" to ride or can under 42" can ride with an adult? I have a very tiny almost 5 year old. If he can't ride these, I'll have to be sure to stay far away from that section of the park.

We went to Happy Harbor in August and my son was 40 inches but I don't recall any rides that he couldn't do. I did go on all the rides with him though. He loved the roller coaster - it lasted for about 30 seconds but we went on it 8 times in a row because there was no line up.

I just happen to have my SeaWorld schedule from August and for Happy Harbor it says: Height Requirements - Shamu Express 38 inches (38-41 inches with supervising companion). At other attractions, small children may need to be accompanied by a supervising companion.

So for Shamu Express, you have to be 38 inches to get on it but for all the other rides, children under 42 inches must be accompanied by an adult. I hope that helps.

Can anyone confirm that this is still the policy (less than 42" with an adult)? I have a 4 yo that is 41". He will be very disappointed if he can't ride like his big brother.
