I was always a Macho Man girl myself. My cousins would take me to the Rosemont Horizon to watch them. This was back in the 80's.........but I digress...Happy B-day! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Natureboy lives in Charlotte. There was an article in the paper about a month ago (his wife filed assault charges or something against him) and I believe they said he was in his late 50's.
Nobody could talk/cut a promo better than Flair, and loved his entrances to the Theme from 2001. Great talker, but never got into his wrestling. More of a WWF follower as a kid (Piper's Pit, Superfly Snooka, Macho Man etc....).
I love me some Ric Flair!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO! I love when he gets hit, gets up, goes to attack the guy and then his leg kicks out and he falls hahahaha My DH and I crack up every time.
Happy Birthday to Mr. Flair. I believe he is 59. He just lost the WWE Intercontinental Title on Monday.
I find TNA to be just the opposite. Unfortunately the WWE is not pushing the envelope with sexual humor like they were in the late 90s. TNA if anything is more on the edge and extreme. WWE is becoming more popular and making a comeback, but I think they need to push the envelope a little more if they want to get back where they were.
I hope TNA succeeds, more competition = better product.
Having grown up around Charlotte it seems like I've known about this guy all my life. I'm not much of a wrestling fan, but that dude is one heckuva showman
