Happy Birthday, Ric Flair

He was one of the best in every way. I am surprised he's still alive though. Wrestlings answer to Keith Richards.

Hard to believe that after all these years, he can still wrestle..

I had to chance to see him when he came to Lakeland recently, but he canceled out of the show. I was quite disappointed...

I wonder how old he is? He's got to be well over 50 yet he's still rasslin'.

He reminds me of an ooompa loompa.

I was always a Macho Man girl myself. My cousins would take me to the Rosemont Horizon to watch them. This was back in the 80's.........but I digress...Happy B-day! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Aw, he doesn't look that bad for a man his age. Now don't get me started on Hulk Hogan because he looks awful. (He had a funny show though.)

He checked in one late night at the Marriott when I worked there. This was 9 years or so ago....he was nice but surrounded by so many people.

I was always a Giant watcher, that guy is just HUGE! And then the newer ones are so flashy it's silly.

That's why I like that my son watches TNA. It's a cleaner group and they seem more normal.

Natureboy lives in Charlotte. There was an article in the paper about a month ago (his wife filed assault charges or something against him) and I believe they said he was in his late 50's.

SC Minnie

Plus he's trouble for a road rage incident.

Nobody could talk/cut a promo better than Flair, and loved his entrances to the Theme from 2001. Great talker, but never got into his wrestling. More of a WWF follower as a kid (Piper's Pit, Superfly Snooka, Macho Man etc....).

I love me some Ric Flair!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO! :) I love when he gets hit, gets up, goes to attack the guy and then his leg kicks out and he falls hahahaha :rotfl: My DH and I crack up every time. :rotfl:

Happy Birthday, Ric!

Happy Birthday to Mr. Flair. I believe he is 59. He just lost the WWE Intercontinental Title on Monday.

I find TNA to be just the opposite. Unfortunately the WWE is not pushing the envelope with sexual humor like they were in the late 90s. TNA if anything is more on the edge and extreme. WWE is becoming more popular and making a comeback, but I think they need to push the envelope a little more if they want to get back where they were.

I hope TNA succeeds, more competition = better product.

Having grown up around Charlotte it seems like I've known about this guy all my life. I'm not much of a wrestling fan, but that dude is one heckuva showman
