Oh! Now I understand! We can't start to drive until we're 17 over here in England so another 2 years with safe roads!

To be honest, I'm a little scared about learning to drive!

ah, dont be! Its fine. The first time is a little scary, b/c its unfamiliar. I cant wait till i get the official license..im guessing maybe july 30th? i hope i get it by then. To get it we need 50 hours of drive time(10 of which must be drvien at night), 24 hours of classes, and 4 in-cars(drive aound with a pro). Let's see what I have...i have 13 hours of drvie time with my parents, 8 hours of classes, and no in cars lol.

yea in ny theres also lots of requirements before getting a permit. you need a certain amount of hours of driving practice. one more year and i can get my permit! but i think i either have to wait 6 months or till im seventeen before i can get my drivers license. im scared but still really excited!
