Yup. Happens to me almost every time. I don't mind though. The first time I thought maybe I'd recieve a thank you for participating in our survey. I felt bad once though, I forgot to hold on for the survey.

I always skip it...it seems they are always doing surveys but never listen to what I have to say.

I always get the survey too. I don't mind. It only takes a few seconds.

this survey has been going on now for what 2 years?

Yep! Always get the survey. I always take the few seconds to respond secretly hoping one of these times I 'll get some kind of special perk>

I seem to get that survey about every third call to MS.

Speaking of surveys, I get tired of answering that survey when I call CRO about how many times I have visited...you would think when you are answering in the double digits, that maybe you would get some little perk (a thank you card at resort check in acknowledging the amount of times I have stayed and thanking me for choosing Disney again would do it just nicely).

I agree, it seems like I get it every time! The first time I felt kind of special, but now it is just annoying. Every time I say that I want to be able to make reservations online, and that doesn't seem to be taken seriously, so I have given up on the survey.

I get it almost every time, as well. I keep pushing the button for on-line reservations, but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe on the next survey!!!

I get to do the survey many times, and I'm one who likes to make ressies with a real person on the phone.
