Has anyone who chose US mail from the presale 9/11 received their tickets yet? Last Thursday or Friday, it said mine had shipped, but I don't have them in my hands yet. (I realize it is early, I was just curious if anyone else actually received them yet....)

I got tickets during the 9/11 presale and chose to have mine mailed. I didn't get an email until yesterday stating that they had been printed and were being shipped via US mail. I'll be anxiously checking the mailbox all week!

A word of hope - our Memphis paper had an article today about the hoop-la as well and one of the local venue reps said they may possibly be opening up some more seats once they get the final stage set-up plans. This could be happening elsewhere too, so keep checking Ticketmaster!!

mine are in the mail via usps per my email. I also received a email from tickemaster is regards " if I wanted to sell my tickets click here" yeah right- dd would never forgive me if I did that.. Im so super cool right now it isnt funny

My local Fox affiliate did a story last night on the ticket "crisis".

Wow..i just watched that story, and now i am so worried! LOL Our tickets go on sale on Tuesday am, and I will be ready.
I think whatever you guys are doing -- with emails and such is working slowly.. It is calling attention to the matter, and i am sure that Miley will catch wind of this, At least it is getting spotlighted.. Who knows if it will ever change, but at least the voice is being heard.

People here are now asking about the concert--tix went on sale Sat and were gone instantly. They should've planned more ahead, just don't think anyone was expecting these tix to sell out as quickly as they did.

On another note, I went and looked at some of the broker sites to see what they were asking. Does anyone actually PAY those prices or will they come down on price as the concert gets nearer? Also, ebay, do you think those ticket prices will get lower the closer the concert date comes or do you think they will skyrocket? Is it better to buy them now or wait and hope that people get worried that noone is buying and will lower their prices?
Otherwise, sold out or not, there's going to be alot of empty seats at her concerts.

Well, i'll tell ya, if i don't get tix from presale or general public sale, i am NOT paying broker prices.. absolutely not. There will be other concerts..

It really depends, but I will say, I have gotten tickets for U2 and the Wiggles a couple days before the concert for less than face value! I think they just get desparate and want them gone.

HOWEVER-- please if you ever buy tickets off of ebay, make sure that the seller has LOTS of good feedback! There are enough out there that sell fake or stolen tickets, you don't want to pay for some of those.

Mine arrived in OH today, but get this...... the envelope wasn't even sealed. Thank goodness they were still in there.
