Hannah Montana Tour Dates

I heard people saying today they think the Nashville location went to a lot of fan club members... who knows.. one guy said that at the location he went too the first guy in line couldn't even get 4 tickets together.. he had to get 2 in one place and 2 in another and then it was sold out..

I was online at 9:59 and pressed the submit button to pull up 4 tickets at 10 AM and there were no lots of 4 available. As a result, I lost out on getting tickets, as by the time I could try again there was nothing. I agree that almost all of the tickets likely went to fan club members based on my experience. That doesn't seem fair to me.

I am not in Nashville, but probably alot more than you think actually went to ticket brokers ahead of time. Do a search of tickets and i am sure you will have no problem coming up with lots of overpriced sets of 4... :(

Lastnight on the nightly news, the lead story was about the Hannah Montana tickets being sold out in something like 7 mins. Guess it was a slow news night. Anyways, the news lady went on to say that ALOT of the tickets are now for on EBAY or other ticket places. I guess now ticket scalping can be done online. The moms being interviewed wanted everyone to boycott the EBAY tickets in hopes of people quit doing this.

That is so sad..All these kids that will miss out b/c some greedy seller wants a fast buck..
Sorry , that just totally hits a nerve with me.. LOL

That is why i am not even telling my dd about it.. until i can find out if i can get tix.

I'm not telling my DD either until I know for sure. She is in the fan club, but we'll just have to see how it goes when ours go on sale. That won't be until Sept 11

kbkids.. your lucky, ours don't go on presale til Sept. 25th!

So do you think that I should do this again for the HM tour, or should I try joining the fan club? I'm not that great on the computer, and I'm afraid the my slowness will make me lose out on the tickets.

I would absolutely join the fan club. I wouldn't have tickets at all if it weren't for the fan club presale.

Are most of you finding that you can get good seats with the presale code or are you having to wait till they go on sale to the general public. I do not want to get some nose bleed seats on the presale????????

kritter, it sounds like alot of people are getting nosebleed seats with the presale, but remember, nosebleed is better than nothing -- sounds like to chance it without presale is tough....

Thanks, has anyone been successfull in getting tickets after the presale date??

DH thinks we should get the presale tickets no matter how bad the seats are if we are even lucky enough to get them. Then if we can get more tickets when they go on sale to the general public get them if they are better seats... Then we can always give the other ones away. But I doubt we will even be faced with that problem??!!!LOL!!!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Has there been anyone on here that had trouble getting seats during the presale time period?
Yes - towards the end of the pre-sale our city was sold out for any decent seats. I was able to buy (with two people on computers) when our went on sale to the general public. They were sold out within minutes though - so you need to be fast!

Tough call! I didn't like the pre-sale tickets and took my chances with the general sale. I had two people (you could even have more) on computers, we were logged on to the concert we wanted at about 10 minutes to 10am - and kept hitting refresh until they went on sale. As soon as we got the sale screen we put in our # of tickets and whoever got the best seats we went with those. My friend got the best seats this time - so while she was completing the payment info I kept searching for different seats to see if I would get any better - nope - sold out by about 7 minutes after. My tips would be: have a couple people on computers to search, have the seating chart pulled up and on the screen before the sale and to have an account set up with your payment info. They only hold the seats for so long for each step in the payment process - they will say you have 2 minutes to complete this, 3 minutes to complete this - and so on - or your tickets get put back in the general search. Good luck!

WOW!! This is nuts...LOL!!!

We are going to be in WDW at the time. So we will be in the room on the computers. Trying to get the tickets. We will have to see. They are selling for sooooooooooo much money from online ticket brokers.....UGH!!!! Makes me sick!!!!!!!!

Is everyone really paying $30 to join this fanclub?
That is nuts

Yes we joined but a good 2 months ago and the presale is just one of the perks. You have access to the website and they run contests and you get a membership packet and can play games. Guess that is a run on but wanted to say it's not $30 just to get presale tickets.

I did get main floor tickets with our presale. I've told this story on a couple of threads now, so if you've already read it, sorry, lol! I signed on right at 10am and the first tickets offered were upper bowl (nose bleed) and I didn't want those and tried again and got lower bowl, that is what I wanted. So I preceded with my sale and there was a problem with my credit card (I forgot it had been "compromised" and they had sent me a new one, I don't use it much). So I had to do it all over again and that is when I got main floor and had 3 minutes to fill out ALL the new credit card info, stressful, but I did it! So presale, at least here, was a wide variety of seats.

I have to say that I am really disgusted that ticket brokers can get all the tickets they want but us parents cant get any! I have tried for tickets at both the St Louis and Nashville Hannah shows, the St Louis one I admit I didnt get on till later and of course they were sold out. But I tried to get pre-sale tickets for nashville-no luck, I tried the second they went on sale to the public and I got through on the phone at 10:08 no luck, also no luck on the computer even though I was prepared. I think I might try one more time for another show but I am too frustrated with the whole thing right now to even think about it.

Miley's new CD came with a 'free trial' that you can use. If you bought it, check there. If you search a little bit on google you can actually find the code. It just takes some looking.
