OK, I guess I am an idiot about things like this but when I go to Ticket Master they say tickets are not available yet for her Jan 4, 2008 concert in Pittsburgh at the mellon arena. When I type Hannah Montanna tickets into google I find site selling tickets at Mellon arena fo Jan 4 2008 for anywhere from $130 for a ticket all the way in the back to $600 for seats closer towards the stage. Are all thses tickets sold out and this is what is left or is this presale panic?

My guess is somehow these ticket brokers know what kinds of tickets they'll get even before they actually go on sale which is really upsetting and frustrating.

They have not gone on sale yet, yet these guys already have them for sale!!

Thank you for the reply. That tends to make sense. I like Hannah Montanna but I REFUSE to pay hundreds of dollars to see her in concert. I think these ticket prices are outrageous!!

My printed tickets for the Moline concert arrived today. They were in a white envelope and not marked Ticketmaster. The address was wrong (right house number, wrong street). The mailman had wrote try (the right street number - over 10 blocks away). Thank goodness the mailman for the wrong house is my parents mailman and I have a unique name that he recognized or who knows who would have had my floor seats. I went back to check on the original order on ticketmaster and it has my correct address.

So for those of you that are having the tickets printed and set, watch of the email they send you saying they have printed and keep your eyes open for the mail. I feel totally lucky today!

Hello Everyone!

I heard a rumor HM was coming to Memphis, TN. On Ticketmaster there is no date listed, however I have found that sites all over the web, including mileyworld.com do show a date in Memphis, TN on 11/29.

The pre-sale link on the mileyworld.com site shows a pre-sale start date of 9/11 so hoping that Ticketmaster just hasn't updated the list of stops.

Like probably a lot of u guys, my daughter is just dying 2 go! She will be so upset if the Memphis date was canceled or something. I appreciate any info anyone can provide on this stop or from their own experiences with the pre-sale.

BTW: Has the ticket limit been the same for all of the pre-sales up to this point, or is it per venue? Someone told me it was limited to 4 tix per person for Knoxville, TN. Would be nice 2 know ahead of time so my daughter can go ahead and figure out how many friends could go together. thx again!

I am pretty sure this question has been asked, but I can't find the answer. Is it possible to use the presale code twice? 2 different venues, 2 different presale dates? I am pretty sure it is a no with the 4 ticket limit, but was just wondering. Would like to buy some for a Christmas present. Thanks.

just wanted to share that the Nashville show info I have heard... I heard that the Krogers are going to do a lottery drawing for your place in line.. they expect this to be HUGE and so they are doing the drawings at 9 am.. I am so glad I did a presale.. even though we are in the upper 2nd balcony... We had a return to do at the mall and that is all I heard .. are you buying Hannah tickets tomorrow????? I can't wait to hear how fast it sells out..

WOW! At EXACTLY 10 a.m., I went online to see if I could get two tickets to the Nashville show. My DD is a mileyworld.com member, but Memphis is closer to us. I just thought I'd see. Anyway, immediately after clicking BEST AVAIL, I got two tickets, but they are total nosebleed. I went to try for more, and there were NONE at 10:01!!!!!!!!!!

They were available for presale for only a short time. They were only a few people that reported getting them on the lower level.

I got first row of upper level and I accepted the first tickets that came up. Some that reject their first choice might not have gotten them. It is unbelievable how fast they sell.

I went on the public sale today and tried to see if anything was better. I put in 4 tickets and I did not get them. I put in 1 after that just to see and at 10:01 there were none available. Of course ticketmaster has an auction for some of the best seats,

Anybody trying for the OKC show? They seem to have literally sold out at 10:00:15! I want 3 tickets, but I couldn't even get 2. I tried a few times for 1, just to see what would happen, and that did come up once, but a couple of other times I couldn't even get 1 ticket. I can't believe this! I wasn't thrilled with my presale tickets, but now I'm thanking my lucky stars that I got them! DD is so excited that she can go, but she'll be bummed that she can't take a friend.

I was actually able to get tickets to the Nashville show, but they are the next to the last row in the upper, upper section! I got right in at 10 am and this was the best I got. I've never attempted to get concert tickets that SOLD OUT this quickly. You had to have quick fingers and no mistakes.

I tried to get St. Louis last week with no luck, so I guess we will be in Nashville with our binoculars in hand.

My DDs (9 and 6) had no idea that I was even trying to get them, so it'll be a nice surprise. (Hope hubby doesn't freak out when he sees the charge on our credit card.)

I feel the same way about my presale tickets. I am so glad to have them. I thought they saved some for the public sale but I am wondering if that is true. Maybe all of the ticketmaster locations get access before the internet and 1 person at each place got them.

I am thankful to have our presale tickets now to Nashville... that is amazing how fast she sold out.. I think they gave more presale tickets than we thought... but anyways.. I have heard that Kroger didn't even get tickets to sale.. or ofcourse was told sold out too... how terrible and disappointing to lots of girls... so sad.

Well, now I have a theory. They sell these in person at the Ford Center, right? And at other Ticketmaster locations? Maybe every B&M location has an allotment, and if those don't sell by a certain time, they'll be released. I'm going to keep checking Ticketmaster and see if any come up.

Aw, I know it's frustrating. There are so many people trying to get the presale tickets. Here is an example so that you can better understand this whole presale stuff.

Say for example the venue you are going to holds 11,000 people for a concert (that includes the for seats). 200 tickets are held for the band, promoter, radio promotion etc... 800 are tech kills (tickets that for technical reasons can't or won't be sold). So now the number of seats released for sale will be 10,000.

8% will be sold for the fan club release (only 800 seats), 10% are sold for the other presale date (1000 seats). The rest are sold for the regular on sale.

So in actuality the amount of seats available for presales aren't that many.

Now, some of those tech kill tickets might be released before the day of the show or even a few hours before the show. It never hurts to keep trying.
