Are any of you taking your kids to this concert? Or have you already seen her in concert?

How is she? Tickets are going on sale next month for our city, and she'll be here in January. I think I'm going to take my DD to see her.

Our concerts aren't until after Christmas so we can't buy them until the end of September. We are definitely going to try to go. Now if I get tickets it will be very hard to keep quiet about it because I want to give them to her for a Christmas present. Good luck getting tickets.

My niece is beside herself that Miley is coming here for a concert...it's already all she talks about!
She wants to "camp out" at a ticket seller's so she can be 1st in line at 7am on September 29th (that's when tickets go on sale here)

Maybe joining Miley's World would be worth it? My sister really wants to get good seats. If you get the pre-sale code, do you get a better choice of seats?

$29.95 seems kinda high though, is that to join her fan club? What is included for with joining?

I know when we went to the High School Muscial concert I bought tickets during the presale. I got on again for the regular sale and was able to get better seats. I know for HSM it was more of a matter of getting tickets before it sold out.

Any info anyone could pass along for Cleveland would be great. I know it is at The Q but it is not listed on the calendar yet.

She is coming to Cleveland on January 3, 2008. Wow! Its one of her last concerts. Tickets go on pre-sale September 25th and the general public on the 29th.
The limit to the pre-sale is 8 tickets in total, which means if you buy 4 in Cincinnati, you can only buy 4 in Cleveland. Make sense? Anyway, it is a personalized code so people can't share.

As for what you get for 29.95??? Hmm, a pre-sale code, a credit card looking membership card and access to her website. Website is umm unique. To me its more annoying then anything. They have a chat room that I've disabled for DD. I personally prefer webkinz.

Also it is worth a try for presale codes sign up to recieve email updates from the venues. I get emails often about presales from the venue. I figure that is worth a try too.

DD's a member of Miley World too! We haven't received any of her stuff for it yet, though. She joined in the beginning of July, and she was really looking forward to getting whatever it is they get.

I disabled chats and such for DD, but she was able to get on it. I've been trying to figure out how. She's not at all computer savvy, so it's not like she was able to do it behind my back, it's just that the parental control isn't working properly for me. So, I let her chat and I just sit and watch. So far it's just been a bunch of "Oooh, I love Jack! I want to marry Jack Sparrow!" and things of that nature.

Well I wonder if it's worth it to get them through the pre-sale then. I would only do that to get better seats.

I get so sick of trying to get decent seats for concerts! It seems like they all go to the ticket brokers, and then you have to pay triple for them. How is that legal when a regular person can't scalp tickets?

Yeah, its definitely nothing like the Dis. I turned it on to check it out and my DD caught me. She said "Hey Mom! I thought you turned that stuff off. Why do you get to look at it?" Mine's only 7 and that's a fast moving room that I saw so off it went.

Yep, Cleveland Janurary 3rd! I'm a little surprised she's going to be at the Q, but my sister says I just don't realize her popularity....

So if pre-sale is Sept. 25th, wouldn't it stand to reason you could get better seats than waiting for the general public sale on Sept. 29th? Why bother
joining Miley World if you can get just as good/better seats with the general public sale?

It is ridiculous how hard it is to get decent concert seats anymore from regular sellers...I dont understand how the scalpers wind up with all the best seats either.

About a million years ago I went to see Journey, I got in line VERY early and lucked out somehow and got FRONT ROW CENTER seats...that would never happen today.

We are anxiously awaiting presale here in Florida at the BankAtlantic center in Sunrise. My daughter LOVES Miley. I will most likely scoop up eight tixs and then invite a few of her friends. I would love to know if they give pre-sale less attractive seats or are all seat catagories up for grabs? I saw on one tix resale that people were already reselling Nashville tixs BEFORE the presale started. How the heck does that happen. Its all so unfair, really. They were asking 100 to 300 per tix. Yikes!

We'll be at the Chicago concert on Dec 8th.

And I totally agree with other posters about pre-sales tix NOT being as good as general admission. I'll wait for General sales. Luckily I'm kinda near to the venue, so I will just go over to the box office and AVOID the outrageous surcharges.

Anyway, she is in Worcester, MA (DCU Center) on December 21st and 22nd. Tickets are on sale the same dates as Providence. Hope this helps.

Wow...tickets go on sale here (pre-sale) in about 30 minutes for a Nov 4 show in San Jose.

We purchased Miley World by "accident" and I was a little peeved that I made that kind of mistake. I guess it might actually be worth it here shortly. I hope we get good seats....top tix though are $66. What happened to the days when a great concert (not saying this will be great by any means, but the girls will love it) cost about $20 or less. My DD's saw the Jonas Brothers (opening act) at our county fair last month. I think my ears are still ringing from all those girls with those high-pitched screams. I can only imagine what this'll be like.
