First trip to OKW coming up (BWV owners, having stayed at BWV and BCV), and I'm pretty excited! We're waitlisted for BCV, which I assume we won't get, and that's fine with me...DH is having a tough time with the "no walking to EPCOT every night to see Illuminations" issue, but he'll get over it.

Is Hank's AT the Community Hall, nearby, or...?

If building 64 doesn't have it's own parking lot, where DO you park? Is it a haul to lug suitcases there?

I'm agonizing over what to request, altho the trip is soon, and it may not matter much at this point. Would love to be near all the activity (as many do, I assume) since the kids are 16, 14, and 12. DS (12) especially would love access to the Arcade games, and I wouldn't let him go alone from a distance. Are the arcades similar?

DH would like a good view, so I'm thinking a ground floor isn't good in case of overgrown trees/shrubs?

Both DDs will probably spend a lot of their time on their cell phones  and can do that from anywhere :), altho oldest DD has a job and I'm sure would like the gift shop.

Me, I'm always WAY overly thrilled about having a washer/dryer in the room. ;)

We're staying offsite for a week beforehand, and at that place I've requested "2nd floor, pool view", so the kids don't have to take an elevator alone (I know they won't have to do that at OKW), and I can see them at the pool. How do I word a request for OKW? "Upper floor, near Community Hall"? I almost want to add "but if not, I'll take something near the other Arcade", but I assume I can't get that wordy. Advice?

Hank's is immediately next to Community Hall. It is the location to check out and rent recreational equipment at the resort.

Building 64 shares parking with building 63 and building 15- both are next door and no more than about 30 feet from 64. Building 16, across the street also has available parking. Not a big deal at all.

Based ojnyor comments, I'd just request upper floor, near Hospitality House (but there are many buildings that you'd likely be satisfied with - as none are too far from the HH - especially for your teens).

Enjoy!

Many of the OKW buildings are 2 story on the ends and 3 story in the center of the building. We request upper floor or top floor, and have usually gotten the 2nd floor, with no one above us. It's been wonderful :flower: :flower:

We loved building 13 last December! It is right across the street from Hospitality House, and it made catching the bus extremely easy, since we could check which bus just came in the gate, and we knew we had about 7-10 minutes before it got to HH for the trip out. We could hear the Epcot fireworks from there, but you can see them best from buildings 23-29.
