We're staying in a 2BR villa at BLT this October along with my dad. His health status has changed some in that I think a handicapped accesible room would be best for him. He'll be using an ECV for the parks, but in the room, the hand bars by the toilet and shower will be really important for him not to fall. We just saw him today and he's just not as steady as he used to be. I'll call MS in the morning to request handicapped accessible, but I'm guessing it's not guaranteed?
For the HA 2BR, does the master bedroom still have a jacuzzi/whirlpool tub? We currently have a decicated, and we would prefer to take the master for us and have my dad and his girlfriend stay in the 2nd bedroom....but would the 2nd bedroom be handicapped accesible as well--i.e., the bathrooms set up with hand bars/rails?
One more questions--do HA rooms only end in 12 or 14 on the North side, or are there other HA rooms in BLT?
Thanks!
