Yes. There is a handicap stall with a folding bench.
For the men's stall (at least) there is no real "Outer" section. like there is for the regular stalls. By this I mean the regular stalls have a seating/waiting area outside the stalls (also for the handicap stall) but then you enter the stall and there is a small bench and hook. You can close the door and "Change" in this area (although tight space). You then walk into the regular shower area and there is a curtain between the shower and the changing area.
For the Handicap stall, there is the door and a larger open area. By the shower there is a bench that can fold down from the wall by the shower head, but there is no real changing area/bench or hooks (or at least that I saw) in the stall. So if you want your towel off the ground, you have to drape it over the wall/door. There is no place to really hang your clothes/robe/etc though. There are hooks outside the stall in the "Waiting" area where there is also room to change as well.
