My husband wears a brace on his leg which does not hamper most ordinary activity except when standing for long periods of time. Years ago, when we last visited Universal a park employee pulled us out of line and directed us to the handicap entrance. This helped us out a great deal since his leg did not stiffen and tire as much as the constant standing would do to it. Is this policy still in effect and if so what documentation is needed. We had none with us last time.

You probably need to get a special access card. Inquire at Guest Relations. You may need to get a doctor's note saying that you cannot walk long distances or any other reason why you cannot stand in the regular queue.

I have a disablity myself and will be going in 3 days! Guest Relations were kind enough to give an assisted access pass for my family, but my disability is a bit different than your husbands...

It was not easy to get these passes but do call Guest Relations and let them know of the problem. They will try to give you a chair to use in the park. They also acted as if they didn't know what type of pass I was asking for. Just stand your ground and give as much info to them as you can. They are very nice to deal with, even with the run around.
