1/2 - MK finally! Got there early but not early enough went to go on Space mountain. It had broken down so we got a fast pass for later that day. Went on Buzz light year again. Again got more points than DH. Went on a couple of other rides in Tommorrowland and then headed over to Big Thunder Mountain. The line didn't look long but boy was it deciving. You just thought you were almost there and then you would turn the corner and there would be more lines. While inline we decided that it was to crowded and we weren't having any fun so we were going to head to Blizzard Beach. It was getting pretty hot too. Did I mention that on our way from Tommorland to Big Thunder Mountain that DH was attacked by a stroller? Usually people walk on one side one direction and the other going the other direction well an eager adult pushing a stroller decide he didn't want to go with the flow and walked into our lane. He (eager adult with stroller) to go around us but he must have missed. I was holding DH's hand and I was then jerked away DH's water bottle went flying across the cement and the eager adult did appologize and said I thought I was going to miss you. I'm surprised that DH doesn't have bruises on his shins. At least the Eager adult with stroller apologized. Since we decided to leave MK early we didn't get to use our Space mountain passes. We gave them to a couple that got on the bus at POR as we were getting off. At first they were thanks , then they realize what we had given them and they said THANKS!

Blizzard beach was actually lots of fun. It was a little chilly for water about 79 outside but it was better than being sweaty while waiting inline for rides and getting run over by strollers in MK. Also note we live in CA so we make a trip to Disneyland at least once every other year. It was more important to us to see the things that aren't at Disneyland. Can't remember what slide we went on but you can go single or double on a tube. We went double. Both DH and I top off around 200 each so there was 400 pounds flying down the slide on the tube. to me it was pretty scary. Just wen I thought the scary part was over we wiped out hard at the end of the slide. DH scraped his hand on the bottom and had to go diving for his sunglasses, I had my nose and ears cleaned out with water, ouch. After this we headed for another slide that looked tame. Another tube ride, wasn't bad but got a major weggie. Took the ski lift up to the top to do he family ride this was more my style, not nearly as scary. By this time I was pretty much wiped out but DH really wanted to go on the major slide there. I said I'd wait. Had to wait about 45 minutes for him. Found a spot to sit where I could see him go down. Some how I missed seeing his bright green swim trunks but there was no mistaking his wooo hoo as he came down the slide. Back to POR for a nap.

Headed to the food court at POR for food got there a little to late everything but pizza, pasta and ice cream closes at 10pm got there at 10:01. Was reluctant to have pizza again after have a not so good reaction the first night we arrive but I braved it and the pizza was really good. DH had a steak sandwhich. Sat outside enjoyed the water and the ambiance of POR. My only regret is that we didn't get to enjoy the POR resort more. Headed out to wait for the Downtown Disney bus. Waited and waited and waited. Finally decided to see if we could catch the ferry. Got the last one into Downtown Disney for the night. Had the whole boat to ourselves and had a nice conversation with the CM boat driver. Headed to PI for two things to see all the acts at the Adventurers club and to check our some Jazz music. The adventurers club is in my top 10 favorite things at WDW. I highly recomend going there but it's not for kids maybe 13 or older. PI itself is really for 21 and older. Then headed to check out the jazz. To me it sounded like Jazz you would hear at New Orleans, kind of upbeat and fun. All in all it was a fun last night at WDW.

1/3 last day - headed to Downtown Disney to do some shopping hadn't bought anything the whole trip! DH went to DisneyQuest while I was shopping agreed to take the noon bus back to the resort. Was kind of disappointed with all the stuff. Nothing seems special to WDW. Ended up buy some xmas ornaments and magnets. Also bought some italian charms $3.00 what a deal for presents for my nieces. Bought a couple of shirts and a mickey ice cube tray. Then I was shopped out and headed back for the bus. DH and I timed it right. I was at the first stop and he was at the second so we got to talk about our few hours that we had apart on the bus journey back to POR. Once back at POR we had time to grab lunch who knew what they were going to serve on the plane and head to meet the shuttle. There were enough of us leaving at this time that we got to take the Disney Cruise bus back to the airport. Got to listen to Disney songs on the way to the airport it was really relaxing after a really busy week.

When we got to the airport we tried to get a trolly for all our luggage but they weren't working. Then we drug our bags over to the elecronic ticket area. Question? - What are the people behind the counter supposed to be doing cause they weren't helping us! We were having trouble pulling up our tickets and we were being quite vocal about it and they just stood there. Finally a nice lady beside us(another passenger) helped us get our tickets. When I told my dad this story he laughed and said that's the South for you. Is that true?

Made it home by midnight PST and fell into bed. Overall it was a nice trip just don't think I'll ever go back during that time of year it's too crowded. Next time however I won't feel like I have to spend the whole time in the parks and will be able to enjoy the resort a little more.

That's all folks!

Thanks for sharing you trip! Sounded like an overall good time. I enjoyed reading your reports.
