Somewhere I read WDW plans to have characters visiting resorts sometime in the future. Could this be related? I just figured it would be Oct 1st and beyond like most things.

Exactly! And the rest of the article is based on winter holidays news. I am a teacher so I have very fixed times when I can travel and would love to see Jack outside of his normal times at Disney
