Halloween - which hotel

Hi

We are hoping to do a Halloween trip, maybe Tuesday to Saturday the first week in October so we can do a Mickeys not so scary halloween party on the Friday night.

Can't decide which hotel, Cheyenne, Sequioa or New York?

We have stayed in New York twice and like it for location, we stayed Cheyenne last time and I liked that it was more suited for kids with the extra activities and outside space. What is the Sequioa like, thought that the swiming pool looked good? My MIL is coming with us this time and I am not sure if the slight extra walk to Cheyenne will be too much.

Any opinions? Also is Halloween good at DLP?

I absolutely love Halloween at DLP - you're going to have a fantastic time!!!

I'm staying in HNY for the first time in August so cannot really comment on that - but have stayed in both Cheyenne and Sequoia Lodge and I really do love Sequoia Lodge. It has a great location. The atmosphere is wonderful. And absolutely nothing beats sitting by the log fire with a cocktail in the Redwood Bar after a long day in the parks!

I've stayed at all three & like them all. My favourite being HNY as I like the room size & theming in the lobby with the photos of NYC.

I tend to stay in the Sequoia Lodge most of the time due to it being cheaper, we used the pool last year & it was a lovely break from the parks.

So it depends on your budget
