The online blog said there was a special Halloween drink at The Cove bar. Has anyone been there to try it yet? Headed there next weekend and want to know if it's worth trying.

TIA!

I haven't tried it yet either, but here's some pictures that the Disneyland Today twitter account posted of the drink and new 'Ghostly Pepper Nachos' that are on offer there. The account also said that the drink is a vodka and Chambord cocktail.

To answer my own question...I was there on Sunday and tried it. It's very sweet and grape. I liked it but that's just my type of drink. DH, not so much :sad2:. It wasn't very strong (I'm a lightweight and I was only the tiniest bit buzzed after finishing it). The 'eyeball' and purple glow cube were a nice touch.

Awesome. Can't wait to try it! I always order the neverland tea, so maybe I'll have to order both since the Halloween one isn't very strong. :drinking1

I've never actually been to the Cove Bar. I don't drink very often at all, let alone at Disney. But that drink looks, so cool I want to try it. Can I take my son in with me, or is it only 21 & over?

Kids can be at the Cove Bar, just not *at* the bar itself--have to be at a table. No idea if there's a time where they cannot be there anymore like at Trader Sam's.

Cove Bar is great even if you don't want an "adult beverage." Lots of times we go for the food, atmosphere, and nonalcoholic drinks. (Love the fajita rolls even more than the lobster nachos.) Don't hesitate to give it a go. It's a great lunch spot.

I watched a YouTube video that said it was lychee with some sort of marinated dark cherry in the center
I may want to steal that for my halloween drinks. I bet they used a Luxardo Cherry for the pupil. Have a jar full of them in the bar stocks..

Neverland Tea is my go to drink as well! Yes, you should order one of both. And then try the new nachos and let me know how spicy they are! :firefight
