If you're talking MNSSHP then last year @the end of April,if on the other hand you're talking about IOA & Halloween horror nights,then I don't know when they go on sale but you can only purchase them on line(at the discounted price) if you buy a normal park ticket at the same time-otherwise it's full price!!
