BIG NEWS!!!! Mike interviewed today for a Meat Manager position in Corvallis (which is about 40 mins south of Salem).....and it went really well & he has a very good chance of getting the position. If he gets the job, then he'll have to commute until we get the money & then we'll look for a place down there!!! Still close enough I can keep the same pediatrician but will have to change early intervention which makes me a bit nervous.....but great opportunity for Mike (he writes the schedule, will be home in the evenings & will be almost $4/hr raise!!!) Keep fingers crossed!!

Day 3 Dining Ressies Made:

Ariel's Grotto, Oct 4 at 10am for breakfast with the princesses. We'll be seated on the patio outside.

Dinner doesn't take a ressie as it's a walk up. We're doing the new restaurant at the DLH: Tangaroa Terrace.

Just popped in to see if you got your letter. It may very well be your check. It would actually make sense since my friend's is expected on the 15th and she had to resubmit paperwork. Fingers crossed. Yay for an awesome interview for Mike. Will check in tomorrow, up to my eyeballs in Homework tonight.

Thanx!! We can sure hope that's what it is....but why not say the check was issued vs a letter......I'm pretty sure it's a letter only.

I'm happy your friend finally has a date when to receive it......I pray that's what our letter says........A DATE of WHEN to EXPECT IT!!!!

Thanx also for the well wishes for Mike's promotion!! Really exciting if he gets this.......nice raise, which never hurts....but getting to write the schedule is BONUS!!!!!
