I know how you feel laurie about not going out much. It is some times hard for me to get husband and his wheelchair into car then take out then put back in then take out LOL. to much work so I order take out for restaurant food. Unless, like you we are on vacation.

Dialysis center always reminds me I am the one that needs care LOL. I am the caregiver that needs a caregiver. I know I am going to need to not do so much for a while once I get transplant but no other choice for no.

I stopped in her i wanted a mail box report --- Thinking there are going to be lots of ya-whooooo's when that check shows up.

Great news on the possible job advancement. Nights off is even worth taking a pay cut for -- glad it is a pay increase though.

Is Corvallis expensive for housing being a college town? Hope you can get moved before school starts for the kids.

So Mike's boss said........The Meat Merchandiser (who's higher up mgmt), told him that Mike's interview went really well & I have someone lined up to take his spot if he gets the job. Ummmmm, why would this guy call & tell him that unless it was something in the works......hope they call Mike today to let him know!!

Corvallis is a bit more expensive than Salem....finding 4 bdrms is tough, especially this late into the summer.....those houses are all scooped up by the students who share their homes. We'll find something if that's where he gets the job!!

Day 3 Dining Ressies Made:

Ariel's Grotto, Oct 4 at 10am for breakfast with the princesses. We'll be seated on the patio outside.

Dinner doesn't take a ressie as it's a walk up. We're doing the new restaurant at the DLH: Tangaroa Terrace.

So IRS mails something out on a Sunday/Monday & it still doesn't reach me by Friday......something's wrong with this picture or our mail service!!! Oh well.....what ever will be will be.......but it would sure be nice to know if I should continue making these dining ressies....ugh!

I have always gotten all IRS mail on Saturdays or Mondays. I wouldn't panic yet.

Hi Bridget!!!! Only news was that a letter was mailed out on July 28 & I'm still waiting to get it to see what it says.......I'd like to hope it says "Congrats!!! Here's your check"!! Hopefully todays mail will bring us some news....this knowing the letter is coming is driving me nuts!
