I will turn 45 on Nov 2, our Castaway Cay day. I can't think of a more perfect birthday: Running the Castaway Cay 5K, relaxing on the beach with my family for the day, Remy with my DH for supper. (fingers crossed I can get reservation).

What's the Castaway Cay 5k? Haven't heard about that?

I was never a runner either. I actually started the c25k program 7 weeks ago. Prior to that I couldn't run more then 2 minutes without having to stop. Yesterday I ran for 24 minutes straight! If your interested in running its a great app to get you started! My initial plan was to jog/walk the Castaway 5k but now I think I might be able to run the whole thing by then. Hopefully it's not too hot though!

Where can i get more info on this? Doing C25K and how cool would this be to be my first one?

We are traveling from Ireland with our daughter to cruise on the Dream 31st Oct 2013. This will be our 5th Disney cruise but our first time to experience fish extenders. Anyone cruising on the same date could give some advice on fish extenders

Welcome aboard!
Fish Extender (FE) - This is a fun "game" that is like a Secret Santa type idea. A Fish Extender (FE) itself is a pocket panel/bag you hang from the fish shaped hook outside your stateroom. Families that join the FE group hang the Fish Extender outside their cabin and then, as the cruise is underway, participants deliver little gifts to the others participating in the group by leaving them as a surprise in the fish extenders. Who doesn't love presents it's a ton of fun, not just for kids. You can go to the following thread that could give you some ideas about the gifts. The main thing is to have fun.
