Sorry to hear you have been hit with the "white stuff" already! How sweet it is to leave when the weather is so yucky! The weather over here is nasty enough for it to snow, but we haven't seen any yet. How nice it would be if it were like that all winter - NO SNOW!! Somehow, I don't think I will be so lucky for that to happen. They are predicting a mild winter though..............hopefully they are correct.

We are just about done with our M & M's We will have 9 M & M's, and 3 bags (Plain, Peanut & Crispy). I finally convinced my brother to dress with us yesterday! He and my dad are a little concerned we are going to make them wear tights under their costumes!! We may just have to "heckle" them and have some tights waiting for them!!

Oh my gosh, I am so excited I can't hardly stand it!

Just checking in to our Halloween Wonder thread! Wow - less than a week away now! My mom and I were at EPCOT on Wednesday and it POURED torrents. That was the first time I noticed that when it really rains hard there, the water does not drain but accumulates all over the pathways. People were walking in ankle-deep water in places. Since we wore sandals, it wasn't a problem, but many of those in shoes and socks ended up going barefoot. For those who have never been to central FL - the way it happens is that the sun will be shining brightly and suddenly it's like someone turned on a giant faucet in the sky. So it's a good idea to wear sandals and carry a travel umbrella. But it looks like things are improving as FL heads into the (so-called) "dry" season. I am hoping it will be dry for MNSSHP this Sunday.

Anxiously looking forward to the cruise and meeting everyone. If you see me at the parks or in the terminal, please introduce yourself! I look like my pic in my sig except that <I>sometimes</I> my hair is in a ponytail. A lime green nylon cat collar is always on my wallet/purse or digital camera case. Of course, at MNSSHP I will NOT look like my pic except maybe my hair!

How did your costumes turn out!? I remember you saying you have never sewed, but were taking lessons!! I can't wait to see them! We are finishing our M&M's tomorrow. We are heading south on Tuesday. I can't believe we are this close to sailing out!!!!!! I'M SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!

Hola all! Just checked DCL 10/31 availability. All that is left now is in Cat. 8 and Cat. 11.

I don't know if any of you will have a laptop and check the DIS after heading to Orlando, but just in case - I will be at one of the WDW parks with my mom again on Monday. Have not decided which one. I'll have the lime green nylon cat collar on me somewhere.

Tonight is MNSSHP! So Momto2dkids, socks68, sperrier and tinlizzy - expecting to see you there! Socks68 - look for us at the AP pre-party! My nephew's Gothic has evolved into Phantom of the Opera. I will still be in long black Gothic/medieval dress and will likely have strange makeup . . debating that for tonight.

Everyone - Please send your condolences to andicat. She was hospitalized last night for an emergency appendectomy.

Momto2dkids, socks68, sperrier and tinlizzy - Sorry I did not run into you at MNSSHP on Sunday. The only DISers I met were alikat99 and her family. They will be on the western Magic with me next October . . <I>really</I> nice people! Since I had no idea what others look like and got "huh?" from people in lime green <I>anything</I> when I asked if they were DISers, I finally gave up. My adult nephew Michael was a very impressive "Phantom of the Opera" and I was in a long black dress with a funny black thing on my head with black veil over the back of my long blonde hair. Oh, well . . .

Guess most of you are already down here in FL pre-cruise. See you on the ship (or in the DCL terminal)!

Thanks for the trip reports Shari! Sorry we didn't get to have a "group photo" while on our Halloween Wonder cruise.......it was just a hectic evening. We should have just got together for a photo instead of trick-or-treating, because that was a total waste of time. It was way disorganized, and definately not up to Disney standards.

Anyhow, I too will be posting a trip report very soon. I have been very busy since we got back, but am working on the report!
